Description
A stolen dragon egg. A dying Guild. A woman caught between them.
Ny Keena wants only to deliver an illuminated history to its noble patron in Kamran, collect her payment, and return to the quiet safety of her coastal home.
Then she pulls a dying man from the sea.
Roth is a Keeper of Dragons, sole survivor of a wreck that has left a dragon egg unprotected and the future of the Dragon Riders’ Guild hanging by a thread. He needs to reach the capital before those hunting the egg find him.
Ny Keena is already bound for Kamran. Helping him should be simple.
But word travels fast. The Grandees want the egg, and anyone travelling with Roth becomes an obstacle to be removed. With only her horse, her wits, and a Keeper whose secrets may be as dangerous as the prize he carries, Ny Keena is drawn into a struggle for power she never asked to join.
The dragon egg is destined for a rider.
If the wrong hands claim it, the world could change forever.
And Ny Keena must decide whether to protect the man who brought danger to her door, or leave him to the enemies closing in.
Prepare for an unforgettable journey through a world brimming with adventure and enchantment. Ny Keena’s quiet life is shattered, and her destiny awaits. The power of the dragons beckons, but the cost may be higher than she ever imagined.
